HITBACK business energy claims was founded by Michael McNicholas, shareholder and director of manufacturing company, FM Coatings Ltd, based in the North East of England.

Having discovered energy brokers had been charging considerable levels of hidden commissions, in an unregulated market, he set up HITBACK to support businesses in claiming for any energy contracts they had been mis-sold by brokers.

Our goal is to ensure the process is as easy and simple as possible for businesses to be in a position proceed with a claim, especially with how busy people working in business can be.

The fact it is an unregulated market has allowed some unscrupulous brokers to deceive business owners like myself, in what has been very challenging times for most businesses.
